College Uniform

• White polo shirt with school logo (£8.25);
• Navy blue round neck sweatshirt with school logo (£9.50);
• Black trousers/skirt (girls' skirts should be no shorter than knee length;
• Black/dark brown shoes with low heel (in the interests of safety, parents are asked to ensure that shoes do not have open toes or heels);
• No jewellery other than one pair of stud earrings and a watch;
• Hairstyles should be appropriate for school and not extreme in terms of length, style and colour;
• Year 11 girls may wear light day-time make-up;

Sweatshirts and polo shirts may be purchased at Reception.

PE Kit List

This is compulsory for all students. The uniform comprises of:

• school rugby shirt;
• black shorts/cycling shorts;
• appropriate socks, footwear and protection for the activity (i.e. bare feet for dance and gymnastics, trainers for most other indoor sports, football boots for football, rugby and hockey);
• towel for showers;
• students may bring soap, shower gel, swimming costumes, bathers. (Staff are sensitive to the concerns and worries with regard to showers and allow flexibility but stress the need for appropriate health education);
• tracksuits may be worn on occasions when the teacher in charge feels it is necessary ;

Pupils Not In Correct Uniform

Any pupil who is not in correct uniform should bring a note of explanation from the parent or guardian to the tutor and be given a uniform slip.

All clothing should be clearly marked with the students name.
