Youth Club

Woodlands Youth Club is situated in Woodlands Community College in Harefield inside the Community Pavilion. We opened in September 2003 and have between 20 & 50 young people attending each session. The club runs on two nights a week, Tuesday & Thursday between 6.00pm & 8.00pm with a 50p admission fee. The age range is between 13 and 19.

The Youth Club currently offers a mixed range of activities including; a pool & football table, table tennis, X-Box, PS2, dance mat, drum machine, karaoke, eye toy, tuck shop, video & DVD, computers with access to the internet, and DJ mixing equipment.

We also run free supervised football on the Astro pitch every Tuesday between 6.00pm & 7.00pm with regular matches against the neighbourhood wardens. We have a youth club football team & have been fortunate in finding a sponsor to provide new kit & equipment.

We have regular theme nights which have included, card making, Arts & Crafts evening, pancake/pizza/Smoothie/ toastie nights & healthy eating sessions, DJ/MC mixing, pool competition’s, movie & popcorn night/tattoo sessions/hair & make up for the girls & T-Shirt design. The young people are fully involved in decision making within the club & run their own sub-committee which meets every 4 weeks.
